Once your order has left our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the PostHaste website.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an old address, or if the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts by the courier, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
If an order is cancelled due to an undeliverable package, a refund will be issued for the product cost, minus original shipping fees and any return-to-sender fees incurred by Sports Emporium.
While we pack every order with care, issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to both the packaging and the product and contact us immediately. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us without delay. We will initiate an inquiry with PostHaste on your behalf and keep you informed of the investigation process.
