Send us a brief description of the issue and clear photos of your bat, or bring it into our Lower Hutt store. We’ll assess its condition, explain the recommended work and confirm the price before proceeding.

To request a repair quote, email sportsemporiumnz@gmail.com with your name, phone number, bat brand/model, a description of the damage and clear photos. Please tell us whether you prefer shop drop-off or courier.

Quotes based on photos are subject to physical inspection. If a repair is unlikely to be worthwhile, we’ll let you know.

Turnaround time

Repairs usually take 3–7 days, depending on the issue and work required. We’ll confirm the expected timeframe after assessment. Courier transit time is additional.

Drop-off or courier

Local customers: Drop your bat off at 1 Te Mome Road, Lower Hutt and collect it when the work is complete.

Courier customers: Contact us before sending your bat so we can confirm the repair process, packaging instructions and return courier costs.
